We don't see the world around us as it truly is. We see the world around us as we have been programmed to see it. That we can change.
A mirror points out our flaws, our blemishes, our imperfections, but it doesn't fix them.
The tensile strength of your team is only as strong as its weakest strand of cord. Don't let that person be you.
Your job, as a leader, is to raise up leaders. If you're not doing that, you're not leading. You're dropping the baton.
Starting is easy. Anyone can do that. Committing is hard. But you can't achieve success without commitment.

It's easy to just go through life by default rather than live life with purpose, on purpose, for a purpose.
I have yet to meet a person that does not have the potential to do more, to become more. But I've met many who don't believe this.

Resistance, rightly used, can lift you (and your team) to lofty heights.
